Although this idea has already been successfully used for former railway workers, the Peterborough History Group's Plan is to create a History Walk down Jervois Street. The bricks will have a name and a number on them which will lead interested people back to the History Rooms to our database which will have background information recorded for future research. This scheme is open to all current and former residents of Peterborough and District. When you return your application you will receive a receipt and a request to fill out some forms to supply background information which will then be recorded on our database. Applicants will then have a permanent reminder of their time in Peterborough and the History Group will have a record of their achievements and activities as part of this community.
